About this policy

This website is owned and operated by FHS Technology Pty Ltd (ABN 17 165 594 276), trading as POS'99 ("POS'99", "we", "us", "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and how you can access it or raise a concern.

How we collect it

We collect information directly from you when you place an order, request a quote, create an account, contact us by phone or email, or subscribe to our emails.
