Delivery Charge

Delivery is currently charged at a flat rate of $15.95 including GST, per order, for standard delivery anywhere in Australia. In rare circumstances, oversized, unusually heavy items, or shipping to remote locations may incur an additional shipping charge. POS'99 will request approval of the additional charge before processing the order. We also ship to New Zealand, the flat rate for cash drawer and paper bundles is currently $145 (Ex GST). Please contact us for a custom shipping quote for smaller items to New Zealand.

Delivery Timeframe

We ship from Australia, our delivery turn around time ranges from 1 day to 3 days from the date you place the order, depending on your location (CBD / Metro Areas are almost always next day, Perth may either be next day, or up to 5 days, depending on the items ordered). Orders are processed during business hours on Monday to Friday, within 15 minutes of receiving the order. 

Refund Policy

Incorrect goods:
If we supply you with the incorrect products, we will replace the products at no additional cost.

Defective goods:
Products purchased from POS'99 are covered by the manufacturers warranty, which is provided directly by the manufacturer or the authorised distributor in Australia. POS'99 will liase with the manufacturer to assist with the exchange or repair process. The products must be shipped back at your own cost after obtaining approval from POS'99. After approval, an RMA number will be issued and the return address will be supplied.

Dead on Arrival (DOA):
Please notify POS'99 within 7 days from the date of delivery. If POS'99 is not notified of the DOA products within 7 days from the date of the delivery, the full purchase price shall be payable.

Change of mind / Incorrect products ordered:
Please refer to our 14 Day Satisfaction Guarantee / Returns Policy.

Non Refundable Products:
Software, POS Terminals, Labels, Ribbons and Labour charges (including on-site support contracts) cannot be returned or refunded, unless it is DOA (Dead on Arrival), warranty defective, or damaged in transit.
