About this policy

This website is owned and operated by FHS Technology Pty Ltd (ABN 17 165 594 276), trading as POS'99 ("POS'99", "we", "us", "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and how you can access it or raise a concern.

What we collect

We collect only the information we reasonably need to do business with you. This typically includes:

How we collect it

We collect information directly from you when you place an order, request a quote, create an account, contact us by phone or email, or subscribe to our emails. We protect your information with reasonable technical and organisational measures. These include encrypted connections, password-protected systems, and restricting access to staff who need it. No internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, for example for tax records. After that we securely destroy or de-identify it.
