With Shopify the built-in USB works with Android-only devices, the Ethernet and Bluetooth interfaces works with both Android and IOS devices that the Shopify app can be installed on.

With Lightspeed the printer currently works via Ethernet (Cable) with Restaurant POS (O Series), and Ethernet (Cable) and Bluetooth with Retail-X .
