This website is owned and operated by FHS Technology Pty Ltd (ABN 17 165 594 276), trading as POS'99 ("POS'99", "we", "us", "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and how you can access it or raise a concern.
We collect only the information we reasonably need to do business with you. This typically includes:

If you apply for a trade or 30-day account, we also collect the business and credit reference details you provide in your application.
Payments: payments are processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full credit card details on our systems.

We use it to keep the site working, remember your cart and understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser, although parts of the site, such as the cart and checkout, may not work properly without them.
