POS99 supplies Thermal Transfer Labels of all sizes and different materials, ranging from Plain Paper, Synthetic, Silver Mylar, BOPP and metal based labels. POS99 supplies blank and pre-printed Thermal Transfer Labels.
Thermal Transfer label printing is a printing method in which material is applied to paper by melting a coating of ribbon that is effectively glued to the paper or material on which the printing is applied. With Direct Thermal printing no ribbon is used in the process.
Thermal Transfer is a better solution compared to Direct Thermal when printing on heat-sensitive surfaces, or when labels are exposed to heat, sunlight or moisture and a higher durability of printed matter (especially against heat) is desired. Thermal Transfer is mostly used for asset labels, identification labels and high-quality barcodes.
Nursery Weather and Water Resistant Labels are made of synthetic material and require ribbons. These labels will withstand weather, heat and moisture. Ideal for Pot plants. Please contact us for more information.
