The difference to the PX-700 is that the PX-900II Thermal Receipt Printer has the ability to print from the front of the printer or the top, quieter printing, spill resistance and a cable cover. It is the best choice for hospitality due to the spill resistance, but the PX-700 is fantastic value for retail!

For other models Ethernet is extra, on the PX-900II it is included at no charge.

For other printers you need to choose between the receipt exiting from the top of the printer, or the front of the printer, with the PX-900II it can be mounted to do either.

For other printers you need to choose between low cost, low performance, or high cost, high performance, but with the PX-900II you get high performance 250mm/sec printing, and a printhead designed to handle 100km of printing, all at a low price point.
